Welcome to the CREATIVE WRITING workshop, a six-week online class that takes place on Fridays at 10am ET, on January 12, 19, 26, February 2, 9, 16. You may be interested in this workshop if you are working on stories, essays, blog, a book or another long manuscript. Participants will submit weekly writing pieces up to 1,500 words in length and – along with instructor – provide feedback to each other. REGISTER below: $149.
Meet your teacher: Sufian Zhemukhov is an award-winning author. He received the 2020 J. J. Reneaux Emerging Artist Award, from the National Storytelling Network “to a storyteller of major and unique performing talent.” Dr. Zhemukhov teaches international affairs at George Washington University. His recent book, Mass Religious Ritual and Intergroup Tolerance (Cambridge UP) won the 2019 Best Book Award from the International Studies Association.
